The Haas Center for Public Service is OPEN DURING CONSTRUCTION of the adjacent Munger Graduate Residences (construction areas in white on the map, left). You can reach the Haas Center from Campus Drive East (yellow road on the map) or from the White Plaza/Tresidder Union area by walking behind the Post Office and along Lane A.
