The Issues & Opportunities series lists organizations in the local and extended community, by 23 subjects/issues. Campus resources, student groups, and related websites are also included. These resources can help you explore and identify opportunities that match your interest.

If you are spending your summer in Washington D.C., the Stanford DC List will help you keep in touch with others in the area. Katelyn Baldwin, the Educational Program Coordinator, is the manager of this list for Stanford in government, a non-partisan student organization. List members will receive and be able to post announcements regarding DC events throughout the summer. Stanford in Government will also organize educational and social programs for Stanford students this summer. Katelyn requests: "In order to subscribe, send an email to mailto:katelynb@stanford.edu, and you will be added to the list." Students may wish to get in touch with Katelyn directly (rather than via majordomo) in order to know about the other opportunities we are offering to those in D.C.
