The Haas Center for Public Service invites current and future community partners to participate in the Cardinal Course Workshop, a series designed to connect university faculty, staff, and community partners . The workshop series provides the opportunity to
engage in dialogue around Stanford's Cardinal Service initiative
explore the pedagogy of Community Engaged Learning and Research
collaborate with cross-disciplined faculty and staff on developing new and strengthening existing campus-community partnerships
Short readings will be assigned prior to each session. Participants also have the chance to develop materials for future projects and opportunities to learn from other organizations on how they engage students in their work. Participants can attend any or all of the 2-hour sessions.
