Community Partner Co-Educator Fellowship
The Community Partner Co-Educator Fellowship is a community of practice that aims to help community organizations and government agencies advance their work through partnership with Stanford students and faculty.
- Are you part of a nonprofit, community-based organization (CBO), or government agency interested in deepening your partnerships with Stanford?
- Do you have projects or activities that could benefit from Stanford student or faculty support?
- Are you passionate about educating students on the strengths and challenges in your community and how your organization addresses them?
The Community Partner Co-Educator (CPCE) Fellowship brings together a cohort of up to eight staff from local nonprofits, CBOs, and government agencies who are interested in developing and enhancing opportunities to partner with Stanford students and faculty. Through participation in a series of five interactive sessions, fellows will engage topics such as:
- Understanding higher education community engagement
- Exploring Stanford’s community-engaged work
- Developing equitable partnerships with faculty
- Integrating students in ways that align with organizational priorities
- Facilitating student learning about the community, relevant issue areas, and organizational interventions
The purpose of the CPCE Fellowship is to support community organizations in enhancing their capacity to enact equitable partnerships with Stanford faculty and students, ensuring benefits to their organization and meaningful learning for students. We welcome applicants from organizations with a diverse array of experience partnering with Haas Center programs and/or Stanford. Please contact Katie Avila with questions.
Applications for the 2027 cohort are open October 1–28, 2026.
