Alex is the Cardinal Commitment Coordinator at the Haas Center, supporting students who serve with the same public service organization for three or more quarters. Originally from Denver, Alex received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Mathematics at Colorado State University. He then worked for Qualtrics for a couple of years before completing his Masters of Social Work with a certificate in Global Human Rights at the University of Pennsylvania.
Alex has volunteered with Homeless Gear and Hope in our City in Fort Collins, CO; supported refugees in Stockholm and Athens; and assisted newcomers in the Philadelphia Asian American and Pacific Islander community in obtaining United States citizenship. He enjoys playing soccer and basketball, traveling, receiving baked goods, and telling people he trains for marathons (less so actually running them).
