Caroline Beckman

Caroline graduated from Stanford in 2021 with a BSH in earth systems and a minor in history. During her time at Stanford, Caroline was a student ambassador for the Bill Lane Center for the American West, an earth systems student advisor, a digital ambassador with Stanford Introductory Studies, and a member of the Social Ecology Lab in the Graduate School of Education. Caroline is passionate about environmental justice, climate resilience, and environmental education; it is this passion for justice and for service that inspired her to join AmeriCorps VISTA through the partnership between Stanford and Climate Resilient Communities. 

In her free time, Caroline loves to be outside, bake (a hobby she started before the pandemic), drink tea, and read just about anything.
