
Jamie Halper
Jamie Halper, ’81, is advisory chairman of the Owl Rock Opportunities Fund and is a former partner at Leonard Green and Partners, where he worked for 16 years. He had earlier roles as co-founder and president of TDA Capital Partners, a private equity firm with investments in developing countries, in his 30-year career in private equity. Jamie is a member of the Stanford University Board of Trustees, chairman of its Finance Committee, and a board member of Stanford Management Company, and a board member of the Stanford Alumni Association. He is also Chairman of StepUpTutoring.org, a trustee of Coaching Corps, and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Jamie and his wife, Priscilla, live in Los Angeles and are blessed to have four Stanford students. Jamie has served on the boards of many companies including Focus Brands and David’s Bridal. Jamie earned a BA from Stanford in Economics and an MBA from Harvard.
