Marquis Parker
Marquis Parker, MBA '06 and MA '06, is an executive with broad-based experience grounded in business operations, strategy, services, and organizational improvement.
Most recently, he served as Vice President of Strategy and Transformation at Indeed, a leader in the HRTech sector, where he led cross-functional transformation strategy and execution efforts. Before that, he served as Vice President of Global Product Commercialization, where, as part of the Product org, he led teams that leveraged strategy, data, and market insights to inform and execute product development and commercialization activities (e.g., market launches, pricing, product features).
A former Software Engineer, Marquis began his business career as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company and later held multiple business operations and strategy leadership roles at Aon plc (global financial services and human capital leader), Management Recruiters International Inc. (former portfolio company of AE Industrial Partners), and Relativity (LegalTech SaaS company).
In addition to his Stanford volunteer activities, he is an active alumni volunteer for Princeton and currently serves as the President of the Princeton Club of Chicago.
Marquis holds an AB in Computer Science from Princeton University, MBA and MA in Education from Stanford University, and MS in Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia.
