Schedule a one-on-one, half-hour advising appointment with a Cardinal Careers advisor and get started on your career search or fellowship process by navigating to Handshake, choosing "New Appointment" under "Career Center," and then selecting the "Public Service and Social Impact" category.

Juaquín Sims' focus is on advising students who are interested in careers in education (K-12, youth development, higher education), non-profits, municipal and federal government, public interest law, and philanthropy. He also oversees the Haas Center's Cardinal Careers Fellowships for graduating seniors and co-terms. |

Querida De La Stukes advises students on public service careers pathways, job and fellowship opportunities, and career planning. She has experience working in an organization serving the unhoused and also in working with high school students as part of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. Querida is also the campus liaison for the Truman Scholarship. |
